Deliveries are made within 24-48 working hours after telephone confirmation of the order. For islands and remote areas, delivery may take up to 3-5 working days. Pursuant to Article 18 of Directive 2011/83/EU, delivery to EU consumers will be completed within 30 days from the conclusion of the contract in any case.

If the courier cannot complete delivery due to an incorrect address or absent recipient, you will be contacted to reschedule. If pickup is not arranged within 7 days, the package returns to sender and the order is cancelled.
