These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the sales contracts concluded through the website insoltech.com between EASY PEASY GROUP LIMITED (the Seller) and customers (Buyers). Submitting an order constitutes full acceptance of these terms.

Prices on the website are displayed in Euro and are valid at the time the order is placed. The Seller reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice; the price applied is the one displayed at the moment the order is submitted.
The Buyer places an order by completing the form on the product page. The order is confirmed by phone within 24 working hours by one of our operators. Phone confirmation is an integral part of the purchase process.
💵 Payment is made in cash upon delivery of the product (COD). The Buyer pays the courier directly the full order amount when the package is received. No advance payment is required.
Delivery takes place within 24-48 working hours after telephone confirmation of the order. Shipping is free across all served European countries. The Seller is not liable for delays caused by the courier or by force majeure events. Pursuant to Article 18 of Directive 2011/83/EU, delivery to EU consumers will be completed within 30 days from the conclusion of the contract.
Consumers resident in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receipt of the product, without giving any reason, under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU). EASY PEASY GROUP LIMITED voluntarily extends this period to 30 days for all customers. To exercise the right of withdrawal, write to info@insoltech.com. Products sold to consumers in the European Union are covered by the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity under Directive (EU) 2019/771 on the sale of goods. The guarantee covers lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery and becoming apparent within two years.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, EASY PEASY GROUP LIMITED is not liable for damages arising from improper use of products, modifications made by the Buyer, or failure to follow the instructions for use. The Seller's liability is in any case limited to the order amount. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes mandatory consumer rights under the law of the consumer's country of habitual residence.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of the consumer's country of habitual residence pursuant to Article 6 of Regulation (EC) 593/2008 ("Rome I"). Consumers resident in the EU retain the right to bring proceedings before the courts of their country of habitual residence.
In compliance with Regulation (EU) 524/2013, consumers resident in the EU may access the European ODR platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We will engage in good faith with any complaint received through that channel.
